New house was cleaned by another service arranged by realtor... I needed some help cleaning my old place. Excellent customer services from the initial call to schedule a video inspections to the time our technician drove away. We had our dryer ducts cleaned after the video inspection showed lots of lint build up and some minor repairs which Michael took care of. Dryer Ducks runs a very professional and clean operations. Our senior center hadn't had the air ducts cleaned since I've been here (10 years)! They cleaned the entire facility's ducts ~11,000 sq ft within 3 days. The machines were top of the line, not very noisy, and Michael did a great job and fixed our broken fire trap door. The staff was prompt and very customer friendly. I have already recommended them to one of our seniors for their home.

Our clothes had been taking longer and longer to dry. I assumed it was the heating element in the dryer. When I contacted the local warranty people, they suggested Dryer Duck first. Understanding that it could be in the vent system, I got a ladder and went up on the roof. At 71 years young, my wife wasn't crazy about the idea! I cleaned it as best I could, but the first load clogged it again. That's when I contacted Dryer Duck. Mike came out on a Saturday morning, ran video through the system, and did a minor cleaning inside and on the roof vent. It was his opinion that the whole system did not require cleaning. At the end of it all, there was no charge! If this is an example of their customer service, this company does things the right way. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!! Great job!

From my initial email requesting information about furnace air duct cleaning I was treated with prompt and courteous attention. Tiffany scheduled Sam to come out and give me a quote. Their scheduling technique is the best I have ever experienced. Tiffany gave me a set time and Sam texted me 1/2 hour before to advise that he was on his way and would be on time. I must also mention that I received an email advising me of the scheduled appointment. Sam arrived exactly as scheduled. He inspected the furnace ducts and gave me a reasonable quote. I advised him to schedule a cleaning for ASAP. He told me that he could do the cleaning at once. He did so with quick professional methods.
I will happily recommend Dryer Ducks to all of my family and friends.

I hired White Glove to clean my daughter's house and they were fantastic! I will never use anyone else. We have used so many cleaning companies over the years, and the quality always decreased by the second or third month. The level of service and cleaning from White Glove Spokane has been perfect every single time, and they promised that from the beginning. The cleaning products they used also smell amazing. I could smell the lemongrass scent from my front step when I came home! I love that they were willing to offer extras like folding laundry (and she has a LOT of laundry). I was completely impressed with the professionalism that White Glove Cleaning showed when the came to my home for my initial bid. . Kim and Katy were wonderfully thoughtful in the questions that they asked to make sure they knew what was important to me and to make sure that my experience with them was a success! WOW! I just had the ladies do a move out cleaning for me and not only were they really nice they arrived on time, worked really hard and the entire place was a million times cleaner than when we moved into the place a year ago. We've had this great team of Kady, Luba, and Nicole for a few months now, bi-weekly, and couldn't be happier. Our home is squeaky clean after they finish. I appreciate their attention to small things, such as cleaning out the spoon rest on my kitchen counter and wiping down the dining table. Nicole does a masterful job on our showers and other bathroom fixtures, while Luba is a wizard in the kitchen.
