They did my mother's carpets today.. My mom said the guy was honest and very polite... Did not try to play games with her. .. They had a room that needed extra help and the guys explained to my mom what he was doing during the whole process..... And thier carpets look amazing.... We have been using White Glove for the past few months. They are all wonderful! Alicia's customer service is excellent and the technicians are amazing. Everyone that has come to our house has been great, but we have gotten to know Kaylee and Danielle the best. We just don't have enough good things to say about them. The experience was great! We had bought a house at auction and we weren't able to see the inside until the closing. What a dirty mess it was! !!! White Glove came in with 4 techs and they were amazing in getting it to look great! All the girls had great personalities and worked hard!
