Chef Sam and the Catering manager Amalene were amazing to work with. We just had my grandfathers 95th birthday party there it was the best. The food was delicious, the staff could not have been nicer and the details that went into the evening / the care that Sam and Amalene show is above and beyond. Think about them for your next event!
