I discovered this place on Google maps when I was searching for a juice bar in the DC area over a year ago. I saved it in my want to go section. Recently I when back to Virginia and made a slight detour so that I could try White Birch out. I was not disappointed. The avocado toast with goat cheese and egg was delicious as was the biscuit with jam that I ordered on the side. I then tried to buy a two day juice plan, but they told me you need to call the day before because they press the juice fresh daily. (An important tip for anyone out of the area) They had some juice ready to go in the case and I bought a bunch of them. I am very pleased. What a great find! We were visiting from New York City and looking for a place to eat other then fried fast food. We were so impressed from the time we entered the door, the decor is modern quaint, drink options were plentiful and all ingredients were fresh and locally sourced.
