From the moment I walked in; I felt welcomed and comfortable. The vibe was right, from the decor to the professionalism of the staff. I booked my appointment online and added that I am tender headed and Mika checked in with me and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. She’s lovely !! First time client. First, I went in for my consultation for iTip Hair Extensions. I was greeted by Mika, very professional and friendly customer service. The salon is very inviting, decor on point and very clean. My appointment was with stylist Bree, but while I waited for her to finish with her client as I arrived early, Mika made sure that I was comfortable and started to discuss the process of iTips. She was very informative and wanted to make sure that I left knowing that I would be in good hands . Once I talked to Bree I was even more convinced that I made the right choice for for this service. Bree was also very informative and explained in detail the process. She took time to determine the best hair for these types of extensions and the correct color. Upon my return for the actual service, I left very pleased. Bree is wonderful and my hair turned out fabulous! Since then, I have returned for some maintenance and again always very friendly and professional. I have found myself a great salon. Edit: Originally, I loved this place, but bad experiences left me disappointed.However, shortly after I left my original review, the owner contacted me and apologized for what had happened in the past (my issue was from my last visit late last year. It's extremely rare that a person cares so much for both their business and their customers to take the time to reach out and figure out what the problem was. She did offer to make it right, but honestly, the gesture was enough for me. Recently, they've moved, got new staff, and are having a grand opening on Jun 22. I had eyelash extensions put on for the first time today. I have been doing some research online before I came but I knew that there was still a lot that I did not know. Bianca was my beautician. She was amazing! She listened to everything I wanted and all the concerns that I had. She had the experience and knowledge to ask me questions that I had not thought of yet. This made sure that we were both on the same page so that I would enjoy the extensions. I am extremely happy with the outcome of them! The entire service from beginning to end was excellent. I liked the fact that I could schedule my appointment online without having to speak to anyone. This is helpful when it is after hours and trying to schedule. I also liked the reviews but more importantly was that someone responded to each review. Which tells me that there is quality control happening. This is the best hair salon that I have been to since I moved here and Geogia, when you walk into the salon it’s beautiful and the colors just pop out at you. I’m all for the sliver and everything. The workers are absolutely amazing they offer coffee or water and not to many places offer that. The atmosphere is behind amazing, and everybody is always smiling. The experience here was amazing. The staff is great to work with and they will keep you entertained so you are not just waiting or bored. It is always a pleasure to be getting my hair done by this staff because of their professional aspects , their professionalism, and the owners are all about customer service. I was actually referred to come here by a friend and I am still going because I loved the experience that I had. If you have not had a chance to visit I highly recommend that you go and just experience what I have experienced. The owners like I stated above are all about their customers and making sure they are happy you come in with a purpose and leave happy because that purpose was fulfilled and the results were spectacular. Customer Service to them is more that an ideal but a honor to provide to all of their customers.
