We had the BEST time here! We stayed up in the clock tower room on the fourth floor and boy was it worth it! A tiny hotel in the mist of all the large ones felt great, the front desk was wonderfully nice and check out wasn’t even until 12, dreamy. The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the beds and bathroom were so nice and cozy. Definitely plan on going back and staying again! More...

We had a lovely stay here. Clean comfy room. Amazing view with clean windows! Lots of thirsty towels with a super shower. The layout of the lodge is weird, as there is no lobby in the main bldg . just an elevator and stairs. Fantastic views of the mountains and beach. Fireplace. Very romantic. Okay so customer service here is literally amazing. From our experience the staff is super hospitable, kind, and helpful (no matter how ridiculous your questions might be). There are a few positive and negatives to this place. The positives are this is directly on the beach so amazing views, pretty easy access to the beach and the bed was super comfy. A few negatives, parking is limited, they have keys for your room so if you lose your key expect to pay $150 to replace and we found that each time we went to our room on level 4 were became dizzy (we found out it was because of the very un-leveled floors). We found our room to be very clean, a little stuffy (probably because of the indoor jacuzzi - we just opened the window and let the sandy beach breeze come in and that helped), but overall very beautiful and comfy stay. Great location for a stay in Seaside! Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The room was a tad smaller than we expected (Lewis and Clark room) but overall is a great room. The views of the beach and ocean are spectacular. The only thing that would make the view better is if you could see them from the jacuzzi. Minor annoyance but not that big of a deal. This place is just amazing. Beautiful view, so close to the beach, literally less than 2 minutes. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My friend and I shared a bed and it was SO comfortable we still talk about it, 3 months later. She said it was the best nap she’s ever had. The bathroom was VERY clean (in super picky, I admit it!) The location is unbeatable, the views are amazing. Parking is tight but luckily they have an overflow lot across the street. The room itself was really great, bed was comfortable, linens were soft and the tub was jetted. Easy access to the ocean and hotel has a built in restaurant and is close to other fine dining. My wife , daughter and I spent a night here in June. Very nice place. Good room and an excellent view. The only problem , admittedly minor, was that the windows were so dirty the view seemed obscured. Nice overall stay.

We had a nice oceanview room with a great view, but the room was a little small, and storage space was very tight. It seems the hotel was designed to cram as many rooms into the available space as possible. Hallways are narrow, and there was very little drawer space in the room. The only place for hanging clothes was a small, shallow dresser which was hard to open due to the furniture. There are only 5 parking spaces adjacent to the hotel, so we had to unload and then move the car to the overflow lot down the block. The first 2 days we stayed there, housekeeping did not provide any shampoo, conditioner, or hand lotion, so we assumed the hotel did not provide them (fortunately we had brought some). Then, the third day, suddenly we got some, so the housekeeping service was inconsistent. ||||If you're OK with these shortcomings, it's a very enjoyable room with an excellent location.
