I am so excited to have found this business! I have two dogs, one is pretty normal and has been groomed before, the other is a 4 mo puppy with some attitude issues and some neuro issues to boot. Our vet recommended we groom through a mobile service for the puppy's safety. I contacted WTFMobile and Corttni was really responsive and was able to fit us into her busy schedule. I was reassured by their website which goes into great detail and the amount of information that she gathers about the pets prior to taking on a client. She showed up on time as promised and took both of my dogs (I had thought she might need to do one at a time, but Corttni is a pro and they listened to her right away). We agreed to maybe do a limited service on the puppy to see how things go and a full for my older dog. I received a text about an hour in that things were going so well, she would go ahead and do a full groom on the puppy too! Both dogs were complete in about an hour and a half - back in my home, fully dry, fully happy and absolutely gorgeous! My 65 pound aussie has the smoothest coat I've ever seen on him and the puppy looks like an entirely new dog. We will definitely be using them for our future grooming needs - the convenience is awesome, but the care and confidence I have in her and the people that work for her means everything. We just had our first session and wow! Both of my dogs look and smell amazing. They handled our somewhat challenging puppy and obviously I dont have the tricks they have because he did so great. On top of that, they offered some really helpful advice in handling him. Both dogs are just absolutely gorgeous and they had them both done in about an hour and a half. I just moved out of CA to AZ and I am truly sad that I have not yet found a mobile pet groomer out here who is as WONDERFUL as Corttni. She is the owner of What the Fluff? and a very impressive, dedicated, responsible young woman. I hired her for pet grooming and pet sitting countless times and she was always courteous, professional, and reliable.  Most importantly, SHE WORKS ON CATS!  IT HAS BEEN SO HARD TO FIND A MOBILE GROOMER WHO WILL WORK ON CATS.  WHY IS THAT?  CATS HAVE NEEDS, PEOPLE!Corttni is one-of-a-kind. She is great with cats because she is a cat-owner, and that was a huge plus for me. I really appreciate the service provided by "What The Fluff". First off the company is owned by two young military veterans and anyone who has served our country has my blessings. Corttni does an awesome job on our dogs. We have used WTF for over a year. Their Mobil grooming vehicle is 100% self sufficient and very quite. I schedule our dogs Princesses and Charlie and if I'm not home Corttni goes through our side gate, retrieves our dogs, grooms them and puts them back when finished. One of our dogs Princesses, a Jack Russel Terrier and can be aggressive. However, she knows Corttni and never gives her a problem. When Finished, they put a nice bow or tie on our dogs. Nice touch. I highly recommend WTF for your dog grooming needs. You won't be sorry. Recently I tried using another grooming service where you take your dogs to the saloon. This was because WTF was booked that day and we really needed the dogs groomed. It was a nightmare. My dog Charlie, a Cavalier King Charles was attached by the owners dog inside The salon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND grooming by What the Fluff! I sent an email requesting info and pricing.  Corttni the owner was speedy to reply. We made an appointment right away it was on a Sunday & I was told it wouldn't be herself but Roxanne is the weekend groomer. My poor little maltipoo was over due and was matted so I knew she would be need to be close shaved. The last time she was matted and I had her groomed (elsewhere) she just looked shaved I about cried! And it took 4. 1/2  hoursII  could not wait for it to grow back. Today Roxanne was right on time and when she was done in just over an hour WOW!   I saw Mia &  I still almost cried but tears of Joy   she had some shape and style not just a buzz cut!  Roxanne did all the little details ...she looked so darn cute and she smells SO good I can't stop sniffing her! Miss Kitty is my long-haired cat. She's very, very fluffy and I know she will need a professional groomer at some point. I'm glad I found WTF! I live in Dublin, so we meet in San Ramon's On Fire Pizza parking lot. I was apprehensive that Miss Kitty would freak out during her appointment, but she did so well that I feel confident that I can take her in again. I just tried What the Fluff Mobile Dog Grooming and couldn't be happier! I have tried at least five different groomers over the past 18 months and was never satisfied. I don't like to leave my dog at the groomer for 4 to 6 hours while my dog sits in a kennel waiting for an assembly line. My dog was groomed in 1.5 hours and Courtnii  put my dog back in my house when she was done. Sam and Lucy, our sweet fur babies, just got their first grooming with Corttni at What the Fluff. They look and smell great but most importantly, they both seemed to really like Corttni and were both  happy after their grooming. Corttni is an awesome groomer and very caring of my dogs. She knows they are my babies and treats them very well. Her van is amazing and the service is so convenient,  it is more than worth the cost to have her come to my home. My babies don't have to wait in cages, they get private one on one VIP treatment from Corttni right outside my front door, and it takes way less time than when I used to bring them to a noisy, chaotic salon. By far the best experience I have had. They came to the house and did a spectacular job on my 3 Bloodhounds!!! Easy to book. On time. Great communication and customer service. Today was our second appointment in the time we have had our rescue dog. He is a bit skittish. Bathing him at home is decent. Taking him to a groomer seems to be terrifying. However, there's something about "What the Fluff" that he likes. A thorough cleaning. Trimmed nails. Cute bandana.
