Food is medicine and what we eat impacts our health and our happiness.
Chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and obesity and imbalances in blood pressure, cholesterol, moods and blood sugar are escalating in the US and globally. These diseases and imbalances are diet and lifestyle related and require dietary and lifestyle solutions.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people to empower them with knowledge and support them in using that information to transform their health and their lives. Seeing the positive change in their lives as a result of being healthier is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My personal quest for happiness made me realize that focusing on my health is the pathway to my well-being and a life well-lived. I started my business, Wellness With Rachita, to support people who want to make that change.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are all unique and our nutritional needs are unique, based on our diets, genes, environmental factors, lifestyle, health issues and health goals. It is important that you trust licensed and certified professionals with your nutritional needs.
I also realize that knowing what to eat is not the same as actually being able to make the changes that we want to make. I not only provide personalized recommendations, but also the support that is needed to make permanent health behavior changes.

All sessions are provided remotely through on-line video chat via a HIPPA compliant ( protects your privacy) platform. Tele-health using a phone is also an option.

30 minutes no-cost, no-obligation session to discover if personalized nutrition and/or health coaching is a good fit for you.
WWR General Nutrition Consultation
45 minutes session for general questions regarding nutrition, therapeutic foods and supplements.
WWR Personalized Nutrition Consultation
Two 60-minute sessions of Personalized Nutrition Counseling. We will discuss your health history, current health status and concerns. We will talk about food, your eating preferences and your health goals. I will provide a nutritional analysis of your current diet and a health assessment. The objective of these sessions is to develop a personalized roadmap that you are comfortable following. Your Nutrition and Wellness Roadmap will include food, movement, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, personalized meal-plans and recipes, and relevant resources and handouts.
WWR Medical Nutrition Therapy
Nutrition, food and supplement interventions and meal-plans for chronic health conditions including Cardio-metabolic disorders, Celiac, IBS, Gluten Sensitivity and GI disorders, Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes, Cholesterol and Hypertension.
WWR Weight Loss Workshops
3 months of one-on-one consultations and coaching to support sustainable weight loss - The initial 90 minute comprehensive weight loss assessment and planning session with a personalized weight loss roadmap, 2 one-hour follow-up sessions (one each month) and 9 weekly 30-minutes coaching sessions. 24/7 support through client portal chat (texting) is included.
