I work out here almost every day. The classes are great and everyone is just so nice. They do a great job with my daughter when I have to drop her off when I work out. Facility has more than most "full offering" gyms.  If you want access to indoor and outdoor lap swimming, weights, classes, cycling and all other  opportunities for exercise, this is the place.

Joining tomorrow..... did my tour of facilities today place was really clean and person who walked me through was really nice (Meredith Barnes) was very professional also answered all my questions hopefully get back to where I once was fitness wise anyway gonna be a long road gotta do it for my health and mind getting hurt in 2016 messed me up physically and mentally with the wt gain hopefully the 3 years added to my age won’t slow my progress to much attached is where I was fitness wise

Love the Wellness Center! Very clean and very friendly staff. I love the fact they have an area for Massage Therapy and I absolutely love my Massage Therapist. Roger Mott is the best Massage Therapist I've ever had! You will feel so much better when you leave. I've been going to Massage Therapy since I was 25 years old and I'm now 53 and Roger is the best I've ever been to! Check him out you'll love him! Hes there everyday except Tuesdays and Wednesdays! Been here for 2 years and have had no issues whatsoever. The guys at the front desk have been great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff assisted me in spotting and benching at times and provided me a few tips on improving myself when lifting weights. They have an indoor pool, basketball court, and large locker room. You also have access to run outside. You will have a very beautiful view while working out. It's very peaceful and relaxing. More benefits to mention, but didn't want to write a book. I absolutely love the wellness center!! I’ve been going since about mid February and I am enjoying it so much. They have a huge variety of classes to pick from. They have childcare, three pools and a jacuzzi, plus the people who work there are really friendly and helpful, what more could you ask for? I really like the large variety of cardio equipment—some of the machines I’ve never seen at another gym—it’s good if you get bored with doing the same thing all the time. More...

great facility, staff are all so friendly and welcoming. NO Cllicks, so much better than across the road (I was a member for 6 yrs) no one pushes you to do more than you can, instructors are awsome. The facility is so clean. So so much nice gym I am so glad I switched. Kim, Danielle, Ron are so welcoming everyday, love these guys. As for my trainer Devin Ricker, I adore him, he makes me work hard but is educated enough to keep me safe. HE makes me laugh everyday which I love!!!
