How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I am fiercely committed to simplicity and a growth-mindset. Sometimes clients looking for help are coming from a place of regular activity and are looking for a push or accountability.
Most of the time, there is a life event like injury, illness, a comment from someone you know, or seeing a picture of yourself that catapults you into seeking help.
Wherever you come from, I help you achieve your goal by meeting you at the fitness level you are at. From there, for every single session we have together, I push you 5-10% beyond your current level.
I use this 5-10% method in workout sessions and in weekly nutrition check-ins as you take on improved habits.
My clients build confidence experience consistent and unlimited growth.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is developing a positive relationship with food and your body.
Two things must happen for humans to live in a balanced and resilient body. We must eat and we must move.
Unlike movement, we are not born knowing how to eat well. We have to learn how to eat in balance with our emotions. We have to learn how to prepare food, or how to choose quality options.
There are a lot of factors to consider when taking on nutrition habits that positively impact you for life. But you can eat healthy while enjoying comfort foods that you love.

What do you love most about your job?
I really love watching my clients' mindsets shift, as they watch their habits and consistency grow. This is sometimes even after a decade of "bad habits".
