I ordered steak. It was a HUGE disappointment, small portion, overcooked, very tough. Couldn’t taste the meat only the whole carton of salt that was dumped on it. Also I’ve never been to a steakhouse that didn’t serve bread or rolls with the meal. Totally overpriced for the meal I received. Will NEVER recommend. More...

Oh my gosh- i typically don’t have a reason to get on here and share my experience, but Rob Dob’s was phenomenal last night. Our server was Fernando, he’s a true professional and even though this place was packed he never skipped a beat. I had the BBQ Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and My date had country fried steak. The upcharge that I asked for lobster tail was not provided but they gave me 2 ounces more on my steak that I did NOT ask for. .. I notified of this when I received my plate and I spoke to manager about occurrence bc my tail was small! Told them never mind on he tail I’ll just eat the half I was provided. This place is legit. We showed up on a night that they were super busy with no reservation. No table available but we could eat at the bar. The bar staff were awesome. Completely attentive and fun. The food was fantastic. My wife got the filet and lobster tail. Was delicious. She also had the French onion soup which was also tasty. I got the Chilean Sea Bass. It was cooked perfectly and the cream sauce was awesome. Butterscotch bread pudding we shared for dessert. Fabulous! Great wine list and nice selection of local beers on tap. Was the first time I’ve been, and it certainly will not be the last! Fair warning; it’s quite pricey. However, to splurge once in a while for this caliber of food, and to support local is well worth it to me. We couldn’t be happier with our selection of establishments this evening! More...

Rob Dobs is a fabulous restaurant. The staff and owner are so nice. And the food is excellent. Swordfish is delicious appetizers are great and Todd the waiter is Fabulous. We are planning on returning in May. Love this place. We have been dining out on Friday’s for the past 3 years. We always try something new we have been back twice in 6 weeks. Today was our first dining experience at Rob Dob's. Such a lovely atmosphere with a pleasant staff. We ordered Charred Brussel Sprouts and Shrimp Cocktail for appetizers. The entrees were Parmesan Crusted Halibut with asparagus and butter parsley potatoes and the Pepperoni Bacon Flatbread. DELICIOUS!
