What do you love most about your job?
I love helping business leaders and owners. I first got bit with this desire when I was still in college. As part of my business degree, I was offered an opportunity to work with the SBA helping local business people who had asked for help. I loved the interaction and the joy of seeing their joy when they could take action to improve their livelihood through their business and leadership.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like to be able to focus my attention where I have passions. During my corporate years in business, I was passionate about leadership, hiring top talent, and business intelligence because I knew these were critical to my success. I wanted to help others be successful.
Why should our clients choose you?
If they want someone who has "Been There", "Done It", and "Know It" I am the natural selection when it comes to business and leadership. There are too many others who call themselves experts who have the book sense but never had to "Do It". I often find the path of destruction these people left behind offering platitudes, but weak on results and real change.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. Most of my business is provided remotely. I find this better for most business leaders because it provides them better use of their time, more time to develop understanding, and cost-effectiveness.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been vaccinated, but when I am on site I still follow all the protocols of the business.

We are leadership assessment and development experts. The good news for organizations is that leadership can be learned and developed.
