Says on the website and front door that you need reservations Tuesday through Thursday so I called and was told that was only for parties of 15 so I said ok we will be heading over for lunch and she said ok, we get there for lunch and the doors are locked…trying to give a locally owned restaurant business and seems they don’t want it….

It took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and for a drink order to be taken. The food was decent, fresh and cooked as requested, except my crepes were supposed to have lemon curd and I tasted zero lemon. No mention of specialty teas offered (at least 9?) and lattes, etc. I wish I would’ve been told that because I was given a cold cup of weak coffee. we weren’t given silverware, and when my husband went up to get it they acted like we should’ve known to come and get our own silverware or some thing… It was weird.. When I said some thing about nobody telling us about the teas and specialty coffees upon checking out there was no apology, just oh yeah we have that. Overall the place was cute, but this was a special day for us and having the little extras like the tea would’ve really made a difference. So, due to all the reviews for Weeki Wachee Candy Company, I decided to take my parents there for lunch. Well, we'll be going back! ! I had the Mushroom and Gruyere Quiche, my Dad had the Hot Italian sub and my Mom had a Reuben with Potato salad. Everything was FABULOUS!! All made from scratch. Brought home some goodies. Our first visit and we loved everything! We are inside and the restuarant restaurant was very clean and practicing social distancing. I didn’t have time to cook tonight and my husband was leaving for work earlier than normal so I figured I would try one of the family meals that are being offered right now. I placed the order and within an hour he was picking it up. We ordered the chicken cordon bleu with the au gratin potatoes and the salad. Everything was amazing! The white balsamic salad dressing was incredible, the salad tasted so delicious and fresh. The chicken and potatoes were so yummy! I will definitely order dinner again.
