The day was wonderful. I was so very nervous about doing this, I almost backed out. I have a very poor self esteem, I always kind of have. I do struggle with it more that ive lost so much weight. i have lost a little over 100 pounds in the last 5 years. I do still see myself as fat. I have looked at myself in the mirror without clothes and with clothes. I see the weight gone, but for some reason that isnt good enough. This is why i tried this. I never imagined myself looking so beautiful as I did today, even on my wedding day. As the day went on I felt more and more confident, it was amazing. I loved it. I feel like keeping a picture on me all the time just to look at and when I'm feeling down I can just look at that and say stop, your beautiful. I started Burn a month ago with my sister who has been a member for years. She tried a few times to get me to sign up but right after Christmas I knew I needed a change so I finally took the step. I am kicking myself for not joining her before. It is so encouraging and the trainers are amazing! My kids love when they can go with me because they love hanging out in child watch. This was such an amazing experience for me and I believe every women should do it! I did this for a gift and I ended up loving my book so much I didn’t want to give it up! If you don’t have a significant other to do this for I would recommend still doing it for yourself. Liz made me feel so comfortable and confident and my pictures turned out even better than I imagined. She takes the time to explain poses and how to control your face and body before the session. I found Grizzly Entertainment online and decided on them after asking some questions. He was awesome through the whole process. I did book Grizzly about 2 years out. On our wedding day it also happened to be the day his youngest ended up being born. He still showed up and stayed as long as he could until he needed to get home to his wife. I love my Burn family at La Crosse Burn South. This isn't just a place to go and work out...you gain a family of encouragement and positiveness. You have trainers that are all about getting you the best results possible, but also knowing specific difficulties or struggles and knowing how to help each individual.
