Q&As

- First, your website must be aesthetically pleasing, first impression this days is everything. You have a few seconds to convince your visitor to remain on your website or to go to your competitor.
- Great web design starts with a purpose in mind, what do you want to accomplish with this page?
- Your website should show content that is relevant to your target market and be original.
- Clear and simple site navigation matters. Any page on your site should be within few clicks of any other page on your site. This helps both Google for SEO and your visitors for navigation.

1. What does your business do?
Understanding as to who they are, what they do and how long they've been in business will help the design research and decisions we make throughout our entire relationship. Even smallest misunderstanding about their business can screw up design even before you’ve started!

2. What's your primary goal for the site?
Every website should accomplish something, and it doesn’t even need to be the old cliché of ‘make more money.’
We wouldn't go into a web design project without making the client give you an idea what they want their new website to actually do for them. If our client doesn’t know what they want their site to accomplish, then we will suggest a few so we can start the project with a key understanding locked in place.

3. Do you have a website already?
If the client already had a website, it's obvious that there is a reason why they want new one to be made. In that case, we want to learn from a client's past mistakes, likes and dislikes and make sure that new website do our clients a justice and giving our client results they want to see.

4. What makes your company remarkable?
We will try to educate our clients about how people buy or look for services this days on line and why it's so important to stand out and make a great first impression. This can be big difference between success and failure.
We need to know what makes our client remarkable and different so we can communicate that in our design. Is it being the cheapest, having a great customer service or having the best quality product around?
If the client really doesn’t have anything that makes them stand out, maybe now is the time to start trying to create an advantage over their competitors. We've been in the game for a while and may even have some ideas we can suggest.

5. Who are your competitors?
Now that we understand our client’s business and what they want their website to accomplish, it’s time to do some research. And where better to start than by checking out their client’s competition?

6. What websites do you like/dislike and why?
Most of the clients already did research on line and know which websites they like and which ones they don't. We can create awesome looking websites and know what looks the best, but the reality is that there is always a compromise that will need to be made between what we know is best and what the client wants, and it’s best to get an idea as to what that compromise is before we deliver their first concept.

7. Who exactly are your customers?
We need to find out what client customers’ pains, problems and fears are. Also, targeting right audience when designing a website will solve a problem of some sort. It’s our job as designers to communicate that.

8. What features do you want your website to have?
Clients aren't always able to explain things in the way that we would so if a client can show us examples of exactly what they want, we will get them!
After clearly understanding about our client's business and their competitors, we will be able to suggest best features to implement on the website. Clearly knowing this part is also very important during the design and development process of the website.

9. Do you have imagery and content?
Do you have logo, photos, video or content that will be a part of the design? We make sure we see them to ensure that they have enough resolution and value to be incorporated into the design. If not, we can help with that as well.

10. Do you have a color or typography palette?
Do you have colors and fonts that you want to use? Will those same colors and fonts be used in the new website? A new website often comes during a company refresh or rebranding. We want to make sure we are building the design with the new elements if they are going to change.

11. What’s your timeline?
Tight timelines can be a nightmare when deadlines are not met. After completely understand our clients need, we will make sure we have a clear idea of what is expected and when to make the project flow as smoothly as possible and we will know how much time will be needed to complete the project.

12. Do you plan to make changes after launch?
The answer can shape how we structure the website, particularly on the back end. It can also help us figure out if the client needs a maintenance or other long-term relationship.

13. What’s the project budget?
We encourage our clients to shop around and look up other agencies and freelancers to get an idea how much would their website cost. We are affordable web design agency and we’re willing to work with your budget like no others and we would love you to hear what we have to offer.

Can't deny freedom working for yourself and having a flexible schedule, also not need for an office which is a huge expense. That's one of the reason we can afford to work with clients’ budget and beat any competition out there.

Been detail oriented and specific about things, it's natural when looking at the other websites you notice things you can do much better and different. Having the knowledge about WordPress, different software like Photoshop and Illustrator, it was just a time to get busy and get creative.

Choosing a web design company can be a tough decision, especially when there are so many to choose from.

From the moment we meet and start talking about your project, you’ll see the difference between us and the rest of the web design agencies. We’ll listen to you, guide you, learn everything we can about your vision and your work to make sure we reflect your idea on the website, your new on-line home.
