I was seeking a qualified company to remake my website. I had gone to friends before as well as home-based web designers. Repeatedly paid for unfinished work or sub-par work . I called David at Web Design & Company and right away it was obvious I was dealing with professionals. He invited me and my wife to their brick n mortar storefront. He reviewed everything that could be improved and why what I had was not working for me in a language that made sense to the both of us. A website is a large investment but also the first impression (usually) a potential client gets of one's business. I am SO HAPPY we went with David. Not only is my company fresh and modern looking - I can actually be found on-line. Everything I asked for I received. Other web designers would tell me they 'could' but never followed through and always made up excuses. I have a great contact form, great landing pages, a BETTER domain name and what we do is conveyed clearly page after page. The images are great and non-generic. I have already told two of my business friends they need to use Web Design & Company. NEVER was I left hanging without a returned email or phone call. His staff always answered questions as well and they got me up and running within my budget. ZERO frustrations as their initial questionnaire gave them an excellent road map to follow and nail what I was looking for. If I need anything else I'll ask them - I'm not leaving.
