I found this brand of vinyl railing through home depot was short time frame to get the product. So I figured I would cut out the middle man and order direct. Went through the whole order never anything saying when I could expect to receive the product but I figured it would be faster from the manufacturer since it stated they were IN STOCK items. So I ordered them then it says 7-10days processing and 7-9 days shipping. So I called the next business day 4 times til I finally spoke to someone. Sent 2 emails to see about canceling order no response after 15 phone call attempts I finally called and spoke to someone only to find out they indeed did cancel my order never notifying me of doing so and then to find out up to 10 days to get my refund. UPDATE: Travis from Weatherables was very apologetically and assured me this is not how they do business. My issue is resolved, and I received a confirmation (tracking #) that my replacements and additional items have been shipped.

No one answers phone, no response to voicemails, and no response to emails - day 3. A number of panels are damaged - I attached pictures in email. We are unable to complete fence - we removed old fence. We were expected them to adjust our order by replacing them or giving a refund. The frustrating thing is we ordered extra for problems like this. NOW, we are headed to HomeDepot to see if we can purchase the items (hopefully a match) that we purchased already! I first reached out to customer service on 6/14 asking them to review my plans and layout for the vinyl fencing we were having installed. This was my first fence build and I wanted to double check the materials I was ordering. I received an unhelpful response on 6/19. By then I had already placed my order which was over $10,000. After I had placed the order I requested an ETA of the materials. I had sent 5 e-mails and left 3 voicemails requesting updates before I heard back from Weatherables. My order was shipped on 7/12; 22 days after my order was placed. The materials were delivered on 7/14. The delivery driver ran into the corner of my garage causing over $500 in damages. Once my contractor went through all the materials, it was identified that 11 components were damaged in shipping, totaling over $1000 which was about 10% of my total order. I requested replacement materials on 8/9 and have yet to hear back in regards to a shipping update. Excellent customer service. Vince was very knowledgeable and sent exactly what I needed. Found out about this company by Google search and it showed big box store [orange] being place to order. I'm prior military and normally get discount. Big box couldn't apply military discount, just wasted time going there. Kept searching and discovered I could order direct. We love our horse fence. As soon as the grass grow under it, I will send a photo. Since we bought the material, and my husband installed the fence, I've really looked closely at other fences, and I got the best! It is absolutely beautiful! Extremely pleased with quality, price, delivery. Only issue was on install of the post mount to concrete, leveling bolts extremely difficult to turn and snapped one off. On remainder of posts I ran a tap through the bolt holes and was surprised at the amount of debris it cleared out. Not just paint from the holes, but metal as well which would suggest to me that someone's tap was worn when the holes were tapped. I do have pictures if you want them. After I cleaned out all the leveling holes with a tap I had no further issues. More...

My wife & I just completed remodeling a large deck at our home. We love the Weatherables railing system. It was fairly easy to install and looks great. We chose the tan color. It was much cheaper and easier than going with a railing associated with our new decking. Zachary was very helpful with our order. Our decision to purchase and install a Weatherables privacy fence for our new home was success. It started with contacting Vince who took our requirements and layout of where the fence would be installed. He produced a quote with all of the materials required to complete the job. We accepted the quote and the material was purchased and delivered. Seeing 1800 pounds of fencing show up was overwhelming and I was concerned that I had "bitten of more than I could chew." I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service they provided. My recommendation is to provide a layout of your property and dimensions and request an installation guide before you make the purchase. Having the guide will allow you to review it before the installation begins. Once received, separate and organize like pieces to make the job easier. If anything is confusing, contact customer service or view one of the many videos on the Weatherables website. Well this company won me over big time with a surprising and delighting customer service gesture. I purchased, and lost, a very inexpensive item and they were good enough to replace it even though I was my own fault I lost it (an item that fits in a letter envelope - a set of 4 patio gate keys).
