My husband and I met with Wes to discuss taking care of my husbands father. We are not local, but dad lives in the area. His situation is a bit complicated and we have been unsure of what to do and needed to know what options we had. Wes answered all of our concerns and questions, about guardianship, POA, etc., which helped us determine the best plan of action for now. And also to understand what options may be possible in the future if needed. We decided to start with POA. We brought our father to the office and Wes was thorough in going over all the paperwork with him. He treated our father with respect, and made sure he understood what his rights were. I felt Wes had all of our interests represented and made us feel comfortable with the process. Wes, Aoloni and all staff were very professional, from the moment we inquired about services, through signing the paperwork. They were quick, thorough, and easy to work with. We will definitely continue to come to them as needed for our father’s needs. More...

I started 6 years ago and there was a given structure. Less than 2 years later, it was twice as much more for simple changes. Now 6 years later, the charges are outrageous!!! Do not go in for this bait and switch or you will pay incredible amounts beyond what the initially quote. I refused and you should start elsewhere orpay an outrageous amount for being captive. B.S. If I could give zero stars I would. They are supposed to be doing a very simply, uncontested probate . They have been paid in full! But they still send me invoices telling me I owe half the amount ( which is insanely expensive by the way). Still waiting for them to send the paperwork to my sisters so I can recieve the PR. At this point I would not recommend them to anyone. Update. Recieved a call from Wes and worked out a better method for them keeping me informed. Told me they were having an issues with the ACH payment method and apologized for the added invoice. More...

I want to give a shout out to attorney Wesley Winsor who did a remarkable job representing my bonus nephew. My nephew had been denied over $35,000 from an inheritance that was rightfully due to him. The relative who was over the estate told my nephew he was not going to get his share of the money because of a decision she made. I found this attorney in Utah who represented my nephew. This attorney was able to get my nephew the full $35,000 due him! This attorney and his office staff were very professional, knowledgeable and handled this case swiftly! Thank you again, Attorney Wesley Winsor and staff for handling this matter and for making this a seamless process!!!! You are the best!!! More...

One of the obstacles I faced after moving to Saint George last summer (July 2018) was when I attempted to get my Utah driver's license. Because my name change done in California was not recognized in Utah, I needed to hire an attorney to resolve this problem -- or face the fact I would never be able to drive here in Utah. (Perish the thought!) My husband and I interviewed a few attorneys, all of whom did not impress us. Then we met Wes Winsor of Wes Winsor Law. Even though my husband and I met with him on a free consult, Wes took his time to study the problem and make suggestions for solutions. My husband and I were so impressed with Wes' professionalism and creativity in how to handle my case, that we hired Wes Winsor Law that same day. Wes subsequently assigned Thomas Crofts to help me with my legal problem. Thomas, like Wes, was very professional and focused. Both he and Wes came up with an incredible way of handling my case -- something I had not thought of doing. He kept me in the loop on all aspects of my case, and did an awesome job of representing me in court. The end result was that I got an order from the judge which recognized my name change, and now have my Utah driver's license. Both Wes and Thomas did such an outstanding job with my case, that my husband and I will be hiring them again to handle our estate planning. No matter what your problem may be, you won't go wrong if you hire either of these attorneys from Wes Winsor Law. We are so glad we found them!!! More...

Both Wes and Thomas did an amazingly thorough job on my mom's estate plan. They are professional, organized, kind and patient, and have great communication skills. They worked with us every step of the way and listened very carefully to exactly how mom wanted her will to look (a not-so-easy estate plan), and completed the will in a timely manner. When finished, Thomas presented my mom with an organized binder (as well as her will on a flash drive) that he went over in meticulous detail with us. We have great peace of mind now, knowing that my mom's wishes were respected and her will looks exactly like she wanted it. Great value for the money, too. We recommend you take all of Wes Winsor’s glowing recommendations with a giant dose of 'Buyer Beware'. We certainly don't recommend him and would never again hire this attorney. His total absence of quality control could have produced catastrophic results for our family if we had not closely re-examined his work. His professional performance was inexcusable. We paid for and deserved far better treatment. My wife and I hired Wes Winsor based on online reviews and a first meeting where we spelled out our simple needs verbally and in writing. We paid his fees and left him with complete documentation including his own form sets. When Wes Winsor delivered draft documents they were riddled with errors and omissions of data which was all contained in the above mentioned documentation. We spent hours proof reading his work and drafting a response to make the documents useable. Wes’ reply back was "I am sorry that there were so many things to notice, I will do better in the future in reviewing them before I send out drafts." Wes, this is YOUR JOB, not the clients! When we went to sign the documents a witness didn't show up. Wes scrambled up another body, made changes to the Witness declarations and we executed the documents. He made us drive back two hours later to pick up the final documents along with two sets of copies. We sent out copies to interested parties feeling the task was complete. Upon arriving home we decided to make a final page by page review of the documents before locking them in the safe. We discovered that Wes let our vital Durable Power of Attorney leave his office without a signature and our Will lacked his Notary Stamp. We were livid that Wes Winsor would put our family in jeopardy by his carelessness. Whether this was due to incompetence or lack of a caring work ethic is immaterial. When confronted during the third trip to his office for a Notary stamp he verbally agreed that his performance did not represent the professional responsibility he holds. Wes Winsor charges that same as a full service law firm with a professional staff. Instead you get a one man shop who doesn't even have business cards with a current address. His clients pay for and should receive quality documents that have been carefully checked. We certainly did not and have no faith in the work produced by this attorney. The entire sum of his work is being discarded and we are arranging for new legal counsel to prepare our estate plan. Our experience with Wes Winsor was a was a complete waste of our time, emotion and hard earned money. More...
