Had high hopes based on the other reviews.  Lupita was very personable to work with during estimates, and we'd set up a monthly service.  The first month went alright, crew came in, service was really quick, but a week later we noticed mold growing on some of surfaces they'd wiped down, which we're assuming came from a dirty rag being used.  Gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept service for another month.Our next service was to be the week of Thanksgiving, so I texted to verify the date with the holiday.  After 3 days I got a response that we were going to be rescheduled to the following week. We were told to expect the crew between 10-11a; day of service at noon I texted about timing, and was told they'd arrive at 1.  The crew finally arrived at 2, but by that point we were so frustrated with the lack of communication and response that we cancelled the service.   There was no attempt to resolve the situation on their part in the process. This company is outstanding. They sent 4 ladies to clean, thus it doesn't take them long. Their work is impeccable. The most professional company I've ever dealt with.

If I could give more stars, I would! That's what they deserve!I am SO HAPPY with this cleaning service!  They are very professional in all aspects of service.  They have a great team.  Each area has a specialist that cleans so thoroughly.  You will LOVE the sparkling clean feeling and the scent of lavender in the bathrooms!  They are trustworthy and dependable.  I have used cleaning services in the past and no one comes close to the efficiency and CLEAN that I have after they have left!
