Perfect timing for a late dinner.  Plate was ready under 10mins.  Although the ribs are not saturated in sauce, we found them the most tender ribs, so far in the city!  The For four bones cost me $8; the first two were quite meaty!  I hope he keeps it coming! This place is the bomb. I was searching for some local barbecue since I'm from out of town and this food truck popped up, highly rated, and fairly close. We pulled up and saw the smoke coming out of the smoker, nice and thick. We ordered pulled pork, a barbecue burger, and polish sausage. All were great, but the sausage was the WINNER HANDS DOWN. I love barbecue, and I have some experience eating and cooking it. These guys are legit--some of the best ribs I've ever had. I don't want dainty baby back ribs gooey with heavy molasses sauce. I want spares or St. Louis ribs that come without the sauce if you like, and that's what you get here. They're well trimmed and cooked in a way that makes me extremely envious. They're juicy and tender, with just the right amount of tug on the bone, but then somehow have a delicious and crispy bark. Highly recommended. More...

We B Ribs catered our wedding on October 6th and provided us with an amazing pig roast with chicken and all the sides! They also managed our appetizer bar and kept it well stocked before dinner. James and Angela were super easy and accommodating to work with and i felt really confident with their experience in them handling our big event. I recently tried We Be Ribs's food truck on Jackman and Alexis. I have to say their food is amazing. By far some of the best ribs I've had. We have worked with James and "We Be Ribs" since opening three years ago at Garden Harvest. His wings, sauce and pulled pork have become a customer favorite and we often use his products in our sandwich specials. I go to this place for ribs once in a while on my lunch break.  They're really good.  Nice subtle smoke on them.  The ribs are big and meaty.  The meat falls off the bone and the sauce is delicious.  Service is really quick too.  They have much more than just ribs. More...

We hired WBR for our wedding and they were great!!
