Excellent !! I felt like a " real housewives of OC" ! What professional service from the moment I contacted them for a quote to follow up and texts in between. I was a little nervous using this company for the first time for a ride from our home ( south OC to LAX) with my hubby and 2 kids. I imagined two things - one - they never show up and 2- they show up in a smart car I'm happy to report neither happened. Dorcas, a lovely Puertorican sister , greeted us with a cheerful disposition  at 345am pickup ! ( right on time) we enjoyed such a fun conversation with her on our easy ride up to LAX. Did I mention the beautiful and clean car we were picked up in A gorgeous black Escalade with captain seats so no struggle for anyone to climb in! Each seat came with a water bottle and comfiness! Overall , this company is the best I've ever used. I will never park at airport and shuttle in when WDR has very competitive rates ! BEST LIMO SERVICE! We needed to be picked up in Corona at (3:45 am) with an additional stop in Los Alamitos, then onto LAX for our family vacation. Same on the return 1 week later. We didn't want the hassle of driving ourselves or have to deal with parking etc. After speaking with the owner I felt confident we were in good hands. We opted for the Mercedes van since we were 7 adults, plus luggage and it was perfect for our group. The van was beautiful, clean and our driver was awesome. Very friendly and in great spirits even though it was so early in the am! He chatted with us, as we were on vacay mode! On the return, our experience was exactly the same. WDR Limo Service is awesome! They were punctual and they respond to questions quickly. We ordered a Chevy Suburban to take and drop us off at the airport and vehicle was nice and clean! Drivers were dressed very professionally. They were polite and helpful. When my friend's family flew red eye and can't find anyone to pick them up, WDR took the job at 11 pm and was on time to pick them up the next day at 5 am from the airport! We used this company to take a party of 10 to LAX and bring us back in there Sprinter. They were super friendly, on time, and courteous. They communicate their ETA. They also have your flight info and check it for updates. We landed 30mins before we were suppose to and the driver was already messaging me that he was aware and nearby for pick up. They were kind enough to hold my twins infant car seats for drop off and pick up. I would recommend this business again and if needed definitely will use them in the future. More...

Thank you WDR for your professionalism and efficient transportation. LAX from the IE can be stressful, especially if your transportation is late, BUT you won't have to worry about that with WDR. Fleet is top notch, clean and like new; drivers are knowledgeable and friendly. Can't thank these guys enough!  This is a small, family owned business and they take amazing care of their customers.  We needed them to help take a relative to the hospital for a post surgery follow up.  They showed up early, took very good care of the "patient," helping her in and out of the car.  The car was beautiful, spotless, new, and luxurious.  The driver was incredibly kind, professional, and safe.  The rates are more reasonable than several other services we contacted and we will use this company again. I have personally used this company at least 7 times over the past two years and they are THE BEST SERVICE around.  They are always reliable, always on time, their vehicles are always clean and smell wonderful, they have water and magazines in the vehicle for you, and they are complete professionals. They also have some app/program that checks flight times so they are always one step ahead when you are being picked up after a flight lands.  I am super critical and I expect the best service --WDR even exceeds my highest expectations! Once you use them, you will use no other service. Great service.  I was afraid at first to book a service because our flight was leaving so early from LAX and to be picked up at 4am I thought they would be late.   That was not the case in fact that were early and polite and clean.   Got to the airport on time and when we arrived back to LAX he was already there circling around until we got our bags.   Couldn't have asked for a better service.   Will be definitely be calling them again for sure. Had something planned special for my entire family this year for Christmas and reached out to multiple agencies to provide chauffeur services for Christmas Day . A multitude of the agencies charged an arm and a leg but WDR Limo Service was the most economical and prompt. I was able to immediately talk to someone who worked at the company after a quick response through yelp. The rates were straight forward and flat no forced gratuity or anything else . The customer service was awesome especially Considering it was on Christmas Day and scheduled the week before . Cirros arrived on time and was very accommodating . The vehicle was very clean and spacious and smelled amazing . There was even a television in it to keep our party entertained. They offer the option of driver to stay with you at an hourly and mileage rate or a drop off and pickup which is also awesome  .
