What do you love most about your job?
When I see my client's realizing that they have control over when to allow stressors to impact them. This is when emotional freedom begins and they can start to explore the person they want to be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for an agency for a while and I loved working with my clients. I decided to go on my own because I was uncomfortable with the organizational restrictions getting the the way of me providing the best service. Working in my own practice allows me to provide services and allow for change in ways that working for an agency restricted me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been through many of the things my clients see me for. My life experience is why I chose to become a therapist. I was able to find a better life and I want to help you find that too.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I have researched effective methods to deliver online counseling sessions. There are many services that I can deliver including stress reduction, anxiety relief, depression symptom relief, and even trauma care. I am confident that I can provide online sessions nearly as effectively as in-person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have researched several effective ways to provide online services while maintaining the effectiveness of the in-person experience. I am able to deliver most of my services online including trauma treatment for some cases. For in-person sessions I sanitize all surfaces between clients, I have a HEPA air filter in my office, and I wear a mask. I have also spaced the seating to ensure distance during the session.
