Clients should choose to work with Waymaker Events and Designs because we pay attention to the smallest details--- That's the real secret! Also, we are resilient, personable, exudes great communicating, management and multitasking skills/experience and who goes above and beyond to accomplish any mission our clients has for us. We also know how to manage the crowd so that our clients do not have worry about anything.

Yes, we offer hybrid events until the day of the event. Décor and corporate event signage matter more to our in-person guests than those who join the engagement/event online. However, Waymaker Events and Design can connect with our corporate event clients to discuss unique goals for both types of attendees, so we can carve out an ideal event that caters to each. At WED, we will focus on helping clients plan meetings, events, or celebrations. In an remote position our company responsibilities depend on the type of events the client plan and need. WED will provide an initial online consultation with clients to determine their needs and budget. Next, design the party, wedding, meeting, or celebration, and coordinate with vendors to provide services. WED will also handle schedule planning. WED may work online but go to the venue during the event. Some clients prefer everything remote.

COVID-19
Our priority during this COVID-19 environment is to ensure that your guests, vendors, and Kris Lavender staff stay safe and healthy during an event. We make sure to stay up to date with the current CDC issued guidelines related to group gatherings.

Some of the policies we have put in place during an event include, but is not limited to the following:

Communication with all guests to ensure that the CDC policy is understood - anyone showing signs of sickness will not be able to attend the event. We also encourage guests 65+ not to attend physically.
Provide a link to view the wedding ceremony virtually.
Temperature checks upon venue arrival
Ensure that all guests have masks
Support sanitization standards by providing hand sanitizer to all guests
Provide washing stations if necessary
Ceremony chairs are typically spaced
The dinner reception will have 6 or fewer guests per table.
The following policies are in no way a means to prevent the spread of COVID-19 but have been successful in deterring the spread during an event.

In the event that a client has to postpone their wedding day or event, we have assisted clients with:

Rescheduling to another available day
Reaching out to the venue and vendors to confirm new availability
Communicating with Guests with new postponed date

Manages the daily planning details with big-picture thinking to ensure truly unique experiences. Ensures everything related to an event is taken care of, from idea conception, preparations, and day-of logistics.
Creates and produces experiences and bringing visions to life and strives as a multitasker.

Overall, ensures the client or company can focus on the conference meeting, seminar, or other event at hand, while the details are being covered.

BRIDAL FLOWERS: Bridal Bouquets, Bridesmaid, Bouquets, Boutonnieres, Wrist Corsages, Rose Petals

Responsible for the flawless execution of the already-made plans. The day-of Coordinator is the point of contact for vendors. Primary job is making sure all the logistics are handled. Creates a detailed timeline for the day and makes sure everyone, to include the vendors, sticks to it.
