Always think about your WHY. Why do you want to do this and what do you expect to get out of it? Is it more energy, less weight, more attractive body, more self-confidence, etc. Once you are clear on this, that's where we come in to help you get to that "why"

The ability to help people get more confident about the way they look and feel. By working out people build their self-confidence, but also the energy level which helps them be more productive and get out of their daily life.

We have realized that staying active and being healthy is something that most people in US simply don't know how to do or can afford. Many times we would meet people which never went to the gym and did not know where to start. Other people lacked the motivation and someone to push them. Few would put in the hours in the gym, but did not have anyone to show them how to be more efficient. By connecting trainers across the world with some of these clients, we are giving access and hope that everyone in this country can be more active and healthy.

We focus on results and simplicity when it comes to the communication and scheduling.
All of are trainers are certified with minimum bachelor degree in sports and fitness. We follow strict training methodology in order to assure that all of our sessions are done according to Wave Fitness standard.

We only provide remote services, which enable customers to get better value and more flexibility.

When you’re trying to lose weight, the biggest challenge to adopting a weight-loss workout plan is finding a regimen that fits seamlessly into your life. Lots of people who are trying to lose weight try absolutely absurd workout programs that require tons of specialized equipment or instruction, only to give up months later because it’s just too difficult to keep pace.

This intense routine, is a mix of stretching, cardio and resistance training designed to help you tone up and tighten up. We can focus on a specific muscle group or part of the body or an overall program that can help you become more confident and better looking

Strength training involves lifting weights with the goal of increasing your whole-body strength as much as possible. The terms “weightlifting,” “resistance training,” and “strength training” are often used interchangeably, but there are a few key features that make strength training unique: Emphasizes sets of lower reps (4 to 6), revolves around a handful of compound exercises, prioritizes weight over reps and sets, and allows for rest periods that are long enough to recover before each set

Stamina, which can be used to describe both physical and mental pursuits, is defined as the ability to push yourself to your maximum potential for a given length of time. When you set out to build your stamina, you’re working to increase the period of time during which you’re able to perform at the peak of your abilities
Endurance on the other hand is all about increasing the duration of your workout not maxing out your effort, necessarily.
