Oct 9th I started my weight loss journey and on my own lost 10lbs, Oct 24th I began crossfit with Christ Watts and within a month lost another 17 lbs for a total of 27lbs in little over a month. To be honest I know I wouldn't have made it this far if it wasn't for the amazing trainers at DPO!! With their help I've been able to completely change my life for the better, Chris has given and continues to give me the second chance at a healthy life that I've always needed! He pushes me when I feel I have nothing left to give and yet I find myself being able to go further than I would have thought! I have. Noticed so much more strength, energy and such a positive attitude towards life since I started working out here!
