Avocado Smash is what people come for but then they see we offer such an extensive variety of other clean eating options.

We work with many different clients and as our founder is a certified Health Coach (IIN) we are able to curate foods and dishes to suit most needs.

We love supporting people living their best lives and showcasing how incredible and tasty clean food is. We only use simple whole ingredients and where possible we source these from local businesses. We love supporting our clients and our strategic vendors.

Wanting to bring many of the learnings from Australia in order to encourage people here to explore new and wonderful foods that support a more healthy life.

We are a local business and as such nimble and able to accommodate your needs. We are migrant lead and woman owned. Our menu supports clean eating and offers unique food options.

All of our staff are fully vaccinated. We continue to ensure we maintain a highly clean and sanitized working environment to ensure our clients have the most optimal experience.
