I wouldn't trust just anyone with my wedding dress because it is so precious to me, but the Waters family is so professional and Waterstone cleaners did an amazing job caring for it! I have been a customer of Waterstone for many years. I've tried all the others and stayed with Waterstone. Their customer service is outstanding! I recently needed my cleaning to pack for a business trip and thought I had it scheduled right but completely forgot about a holiday. They went above and beyond by delivering my clothes first thing the next morning so I had time to pack before my flight. I know I wouldn't have gotten that kind of service anywhere else! I was in need of preserving my daughter's wedding dress. I had a friend, who had a wonderful knowledge of museum preservation, give me some pointers of what to do. I looked through Tulsa for someone to properly clean the gown and preserve it and happened to come across Waterstone Cleaners in Owasso. I called and asked if they would preserve the gown a special way and they said they would be happy to. They went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. Overall Friendly and did a good job cleaning the items that I needed cleaned. I was however, very disappointed with the lack of communication with trying to get a dress altered. Update: I received a phone call from Water Stone about this issue and they were completely understanding and went above and beyond to resolve the situation.
