What do you love most about your job?
For all the honest and hard working people who have ever been taken advantage of, I hope to reinstate peace of mind to those in my operating communities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Previously working a state position as a Corrections Officer and witnessing the corruption of politics and abuse of power by those in charge, I knew my all star performance was well deserved by people who appreciate what I do for them. In starting my own business, I can run the show how I see fit and build ongoing relationships with satisfied clients who have experienced my genuine efforts. Additionally, I can ensure that my hiring standards are strictly for well qualified candidates and not just a warm body.

My company isn’t better than any other company out there. My perspective is that we all work in the same industry and likely have the same intentions of providing peace of mind. As an honest person, it is absolutely my obligation to ensure that we meet our client expectations as well as handle any discrepancies that may occur in our scope of work. As a business owner, my goal is to remain in business and to accomplish such a goal of staying in business, I must remain on top of my quality control efforts across the board from company policies down to the appearance of our company uniforms.
