How much will your Project cost?
Our experience with estimating projects can assist you with this important ‘little detail’. We’ll discuss the Budget during our initial meeting to make sure that we’re aligned with your expectations. Once your Design Agreement has been signed, we begin your project and will provide you with an itemized Project Estimate. Sales Tax will be charged as applicable.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Our personal aesthetic has nothing to do with the design solution that you will be provided. We use the Principles of Design to help guide each project so that the interior design complements the exterior architecture while also providing visual interest that’s aligned with your expectations.

We can work remotely, but prefer meeting in person!
Why is there a DESIGN FEE, and will I have to ‘buy everything’ that you propose?
Our Design Fee (listed within the Design Agreement) is for the work that’s required to produce all of the project-related drawings, site visits, presentations, item selections, and specifications. We typically recommend products that are sold only “To The Trade”, therefore we handle all of the Purchasing on your behalf. You will only be Invoiced for the items that you Approve, therefore you’re not required to ‘buy everything’.

Each Furniture Package is customized with combinations of custom solutions and in-stock items to meet your budget and timeline expectations.
Interior Architectural Collaboration
Our Process:
1. PROGRAMMING & SCHEMATIC DESIGN
A meeting of the minds to clarify your project scope, general guidance, and preliminary timeline.
2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Usually divided into two phases. The first includes a moodboard, preliminary floorplans and architectural finishes such as hardwired lighting, plumbing, millwork designs, paint, wall coverings, etc. After further collaboration we then make any Client requested updates.
3. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
During this phase we continue our collaboration and create Finish Schedules and Specifications that are submitted to your Architect for integration into your project documents.
4. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
The final step where we coordinate all details to help ensure design integrity of your project.
