The Warwick Melrose is without a doubt my number 1 go-to hotel in Dallas. It’s proximity to great restaurants on Lemmon (when you’re not dining at its fantastic restaurant! ), it’s gorgeous ‘The Library’ bar with live music 6 nights a week and it’s ever attentive staff make this a truly awesome hotel experience. |I quite honestly cannot rate the welcoming feel I’ve always received from every single member of staff whilst staying there highly enough (over a dozen times now).|At my recent stay I was not inconvenienced, nor disturbed in the slightest by the renovations which are powering ahead and promise to make the Warwick Melrose an even more fantastic place to stay in the future. |A special shout-out to Samuel for the great job he does on the front desk and for nothing ever being too much trouble! I traveled to Dallas with my wife and we stayed here as it was the recommended hotel to stay for the OBGYN oral boards. Check-in was smooth and the room was spacious. From our first visit to the day of, everyone at the Warwick was helpful. We had a vision but not a completed vision. They provided us with suggestions, vendor list, guidance, what to expect, experience, everything we needed and stuck with our budget. From the event planner to the waiters, everyone was wonderful. Stayed here for 3 nights while helping a family member move nearby. We have stayed at another hotel for years farther away and thought this would be more convenient. Hotel is being renovated and is a lovely old historic hotel. Room was very large and lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Large TV but only one chair and ottoman. Nice desk and coffee bar. Large shower but no tub and a very small sink. There was a table and a seat so plenty of place to get ready and put your things. The negatives - the $27 valet parking no self park option. We used it 2 nights and on the 3rd night we came back late and decided to just park on the adjacent street since there were several very nice cars parked there. The next morning it looked like someone had tried to break into the car window with a rock. Scratched up the window badly but did not break it. The room we had was on the street side and the noise was terrible. Constant traffic noise, sirens, honking all night long. Hotel did provide ear plugs but they didn't block the noise. Staff was very nice but do to the parking cost and noise issues we will try other hotels or go back to the one we used previously. More...

Went down to front desk to ask question about the area and Warwick Journeys and Mary and Denisha were exceptionally helpful. Yes these girls rock!! While standing speaking to these ladies I was offered white roses that came from Diane Ross's very own dressing room hand delivered by her production manager from a benefit concert she performed in Dallas.||I will never stay anywhere else in Dallas!!||Melrose is my home away from home!!! Just loved this place. Classic, historic, comfortable and very affordable. The service from the Valet, to front desk to restaurant & bar staffs were exceptional,. The room was large and decorated perfectly for a classic, historical hotel. The Library Bar located there is beautiful and an extremely popular hang out for the who's who in Dallas.||Out the back is a nice little sitting area for the smokers- away from the door. From Martha in reservations, to Samuel and Zack at the front desk, Chris and Ernesto, shuttle drivers , Rosa and Gene in the Library, and the lovely team in the restaurant, we were well treated. Remodeling is on going as of our stay and every accommodation was made for that. Paying $29.oo to park our car for 3 nights...a bit stiff, but we would highly recommend a stay. More...

This was our first time staying at the Warwick and we enjoyed it. Beautiful lobby, excellent service and comfortable room. I booked a deluxe king that even had a mini kitchen. The only thing missing was a microwave, which would be nice. The bed, pillows and sheets were like sleeping on a cloud (I imagine). Breakfast (room service) was very good and promptly delivered. The only negative was a bit of noise because of work being done and some sirens (close to a hospital). In the past we’ve stayed at the Adolphus, but since they changed the decor in their rooms (hideous) the Warwick will be our choice from now on. More...

We chose the Warwick for our wedding because the hotel is so elegant and has an old world charm. We felt taken care of every step of the way and they also catered the wedding. My husband and I were in Dallas for business and upon arrival Martha at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating! She checked us into one of there newly renovated suites! Wow we were so surprised with the size and beauty of the room!! ||We made our way down to the Library, the hotel lobby bar. Talk about a great place!! The drinks and food were so good, we stayed for hours, then the amazing music started!!! This place is close to downtown and Uptown and the Design district. The rooms are being remodeled and they are doing a great job, but until February 2020, the construction noise is a nuisance. I give it a 4 out of 5. The location was great, many different restaurants and shops in the area. The service was good and the place was very nice; they definitely spend a lot of time making it look newer. The only cons I had were that the walls were paper thin, you could hear everything. Also, there is no free parking, you have to do valet and they just bring the car to the parking lot next door.Other than those 2 things, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. We had a very positive experience staying at the Melrose. The rooms are large and very clean, with very tall windows with plenty of light. The curtains do a great job of blocking out light. Room cleaning comes early, so just remember to put out your privacy label before going to bed. More...

Could not ask for a better nights rest. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very inviting. I was extremely please with Amie elebratchet ( not sure of the correct spelling) and Kelly. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were impressed with the cleanliness and the classic look. Very welcoming people at check in with good knowledge of the area and the rest of Dallas. Our room was large with a really nice bathroom (large shower) and a very comfortable bed. It appreared to be newly renovated, but still had that old classic charm. There are great little restaurants in the neighborhood and a Walgreens right across the street. An added bonus was Chris the driver. This gentleman always has a smile on his face and is the type of person that just puts you in a better mood. I think Chris has worked there for about 20 years which tells one a lot about Chris and a lot about the Hotel management. Chris would drive us right into the centre of uptown and we would take it from there. We feel very lucky that we were able to find the Warwick on our first trip to Dallas as it will be our hotel of choice on future trips. A very welcoming place. Go Stars!! More...
