I’ve been going here for almost 7months this has been the best journey. I started shortly after I lost a family member with goals to get healthy not only physically but mentally. Donnie & AJ did amazing helping me not only make ny dreams come true but help me make this apart of my everyday life. I started out at 189 pushing almost 200 I am now 140-145. AJ and I are currently working on muscle gain and as we do this he’s pushing me to my limits and it’s going great! Can’t wait to see what we accomplish here as we’re just getting started! More...

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We individualize every program for each and every client. Everyone’s body responds differently to change. We constantly evaluate the performance of the client and review/revise their program as necessary so they can achieve their fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Ambition, positive attitude, willingness to change, willingness to implement positive changes, commitment and raw hardwork.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being with people and participating with them along their fitness journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I chose happiness over being a slave to someone else. I’ve worked for other people and was miserable. I now work for myself and work for others on my own terms and I love it.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are different. We are all family. We care about each one of our clients. We don’t push programs or supplements or make them expense ridiculous amounts of money for little or not benefits.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Daily sanitizing of all equipment pieces. Deep bacterial sterilization of the entire facility several times a week.
