WarEagle has always been a Female Owned Business. Started in 2003 by a retired Green Beret and his wife, their mission continues today through their Veteran Daughter. We want to give back to the community by staffing our men and women in uniform and only at sites that match our ethics, moral code, and family-oriented business model.

With the dozens of standard guard services in San Antonio, it's hard to see through the fog of mediocrity. Our company has clients and employees going back 14 years. Our business model is simple: Staff only the highest qualified and mandate training that keeps us ahead of everyone else. This is why all our current partners continue to renew contracts year after year. Even our new hire basic guards have more training and knowledge than most managers or supervisors at competing companies. We also have very low turnover. While the competition might tell you an unarmed single officer is fine, they are doing this for one reason: they can't staff. We refuse to hire unarmed. We refuse to give you Guard 13726 to stand as simply "a body". Security and Protection is more important to us than a cheap contract. We pay our Veterans well and we charge accordingly. We also act as a complete security solution: using our resources and 21 years of knowledge to plan your events, map out parking and traffic, meet with staff for active shooter training and evacuations, perform overnight patrols, safeguard students and faculty, and even be Level 4 Personal Protection for your VIPs, Pastors, Guest Speakers, and congregations.
