Kelsey and her amazing team at Wandering Events really have your back. My wedding had a lot of moving parts with separate ceremony and reception locations but with Kelsey and her team everything went so smooth. I found out after the wedding from my wedding party that Kelsey stood up for us at the ceremony. The ceremony’s venue coordinator was trying to rush our procession down the isle even after we had our rehearsal the day before and had agreed on slow pace with song changes. Kelsey professionally and firmly stood her ground and my ceremony went off without a hitch just like we had rehearsed. When you hear that the venues coordinators look out for the venues that is 100% true. With how much we had invested in our wedding day, I am so thankful that Kelsey and her team were looking out for us. From coordinating with the venues, vendors, finding seating for people who did not rsvp, and I’m sure a thousand other little things that I thankfully don’t know about; I cannot recommend Wandering Events enough. Kelsey and her team are amazing! Kelsey helped us with day of coordination as well as our florals. She has so much knowledge and was so helpful during the whole planning process. I came across some last minute issues with my venue, and Kelsey took over and made sure that everything went smoothly. On the day of, all I needed to worry about was getting ready and relaxing with my wedding party. I did not worry at all about if things were coming together the way I imagined. Honest, Fun, Reliable, Quality, Easy, Comfortable, Authentic, Memorable! I actually found Sophie through Instagram and instantly fell in love with her work and the way she captures the authentic, in-between moments. Those, in my opinion, are just the best. I also loved the natural light and soft romantic feel I found throughout all of her work. And our phone call interview honestly sealed the deal. I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years and felt instantly comfortable with her. I could tell she was reliable, flexible, and easy to work with. She easily understood my vision and was eager to get to know my husband and me on a personal level. Working with Sophie and Jordan, I felt so at ease, truly heard, and taken care of. They have a way of capturing special, in-between moments and making every shot feel authentic and never forced. Moreover, I can’t even begin to describe the high praise we received about the Epton's from our friends and family. They consistently praised Sophie and Jordan for making them feel comfortable and natural - even in the craziest and most stressful of settings. Partial Wedding Planning
Our Partial Planning Package is perfect for those have already completed large portions of their planning, such as booking their venue and main vendors. This package requires less assistance than our Full Service Package and is designed for the couples to have a hands-on role in their planning along with our professional assistance to guide them with items such as design, layouts and décor.
Day of Coordination
You've created all the spreadsheets, signed every contract and tasted every cake flavor. You have all the details planned but you want (and deserve) to hand over the reigns to a professional team on the big day.
