We had the pleasure of working with Joe on our most recent renovation and have nothing but great things to say about him. We were taking on a rather large renovation project which entailed foundation repairs, kitchen renovation, roof replacement and pretty much everything else in between . From the very beginning, we were impressed with his attention to detail. Joe really took the time to create an extremely thorough scope of work for our project, which was something we were having trouble getting from other general contractors. Throughout the project, when any issues arose, (and we all know they do) he addressed them with us immediately and dealt with them in a timely manner. Communication and documentation are two things that are very important to us in a renovation. Joe kept us informed and up to date on the project at all times. Joe Walsh just completed a project for me. It consisted of closing off coat closet in living room to utilize space for building a half bath in my bedroom. The bathroom turned out awesome. I am very pleased with all the work done. Joe kept me in the loop at all times. His crew was always on time and were very professional.
