Hello! I just wanted to extend thanks and leave a rave review of your Santa Experience from 12/23/19. It was without a doubt the best Santa experience in Orlando. With reservation times, there is no wait nor chance of overcrowding. The studio itself was so much fun, even before Santa arrived- great backdrops, props, and help taking photos from the staff. No need to waste precious energy entertaining children in a long line just for them to be cranky when it’s finally time to meet Santa The Santa moment was the cherry on top! My three year old son was talking about meeting Santa all day, but the moment he arrived, he became extremely timid and scared. With the reservation times resulting in zero crowds or rush, Santa was able to take as much time as my son needed. He was able to gently and slowly talk with him. Just when I was ready to give up on the idea of a photo, Santa won him over by singing “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” and got him to finally sit on his lap (to which made both my husband and I tear up!) It was such a calm, personal, and fun experience that we could not have gotten from any other Santa experience in town. Not to mention, the ability to hang out with Santa in as many photo backdrops as you’d wish. It was such an incredible experience, and we are forever grateful for the patience of Santa. He made the magic real not only for our son, but for us as his parents. I will most definitely be spreading the word about Wall Crawl to all of our friends. Our family went today to meet Santa and have pictures taken! It was so much fun! It’s nice because it’s not packed, no rushed pictures like at the mall Santa’s. The Santa they had was AMAZING!! His Santa suit was beautiful! Santa was very friendly, authentic and personable. The staff was outgoing and will take pictures for you with your phone and their camera. Wall Crawl is a unique and must-do experience! We took our two small children who don’t always cooperate with the camera and actually got them to pose and smile here!
