Honestly, I accidentally booked with them, but they were very professional and prompt in their service. Elise and Sarah were great, the cleaning was FABULOUS, and I am 100% happy with the way my house looks. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had made an appointment for 10am. I understand asking for an hour leeway, which is fine. After 11 and them still not being here, I looked into it. Turns out the person making my appointment put "any time after 10am" rather than making the appointment for 10 like she stated on the phone. So they made the appointment for 11:30am.
