I'm so glad that my grandma and I stopped here on our way home! We showed up a few minutes after they closed and they still seated us! Their menu has something for everyone, even diabetic options. I ordered the Russell sandwich and my grandma ordered the pimento cheese sandwich. When I asked my grandma how it was, she said it was even better than hers. (Which is extremely high compliment coming from her.) My food was super delish as well. This will probably become a regular stop! More...

I'm sadly disappointed in this catfish family dinner deal. She told me one price over the phone when I got there I waited in line and finally just handed my card after waiting 10-15 minute's to try to save her a trip, since she was already running around everywhere. When I went to sign the slip it was double what she told me on the phone. That was problem #1. Problem #2 The jug of Tea, was HOT tea. Who wants hot tea with their dinner? So I get home make everyone their plate. Here comes problem #3 the fish wasn't good at all. It was overcooked and it was so crunchy and more batter than fish. This is my home town. I'm in for the weekend because I had to attend a funeral. I thought I would help a small business out and eat local. Well lesson learned, I will NOT be eating here again. I commend Walker's for reaching out to me and making this right. Apparently it was just an off night. This is crazy time's we are living in right now. Plus it is a Friday night in a small town.
