First time I ever had these they were hot and fresh and heavenly. For 3 years after, we try to go once a year and they have never been fresh since. They are pre made sitting out in the open and they just add the toppings you want. So you end up being served a cold waffle with toppings. Very disappointing. When I ordered this time, I asked the man if they make them fresh and he said yes, I told him good thankyou because I don’t want them if they are not. I paid my $30 for 2 and they were not even the slightest bit warm. It was an inconvenience to go back and say something so we decided to just never try to get them again. Only recommend if you don’t have standards on the food you order. Seems like the workers take their convenience over serving a good product more seriously. I will always have these experiences to share when asked my opinion on their product. What a shame More...
