I can help you lose weight, or if you need to gain weight (Bulking up) the healthy way, I can guide you there. I am in a weight loss journey myself, going from 228 to 179 in 3 years wasn't easy, but I'm still not where I wanna be. Me helping you is bettering me at the same time.
