What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Initially I will have a phone or video call discovery meeting with the client so that we can determine the needs and scope of the project and answer any questions. I will then produce a proposal and present it to the client. Upon approval of the proposal I will submit a contract. Upon mutual signing of the contract, I will receive from the client the necessary text, photos, or other agreed upon files/info so that work can begin on the project.

I operate remotely. Communication with the client is accomplished via phone and online. Digital artwork files are sent to the customer online.
