Dagny went above and beyond to help us. We had a family emergency and needed tickets and hotel in 2 days. Dagny not only helped us, she averted a disaster regarding my passport that would have had us stuck in a foreign country with no way to return ! I was contacted for an offer with this company because My husband and I travelled years ago to a resort in the Carolinas. Since Jim passed, I haven't thought about traveling again, but the gentleman on the line seemed so excited about the offer, I figured I would try it out ! Now I admit that I had some doubts, so after I purchased their deal, I called right away to their customer service to make sure they were on the up and up. They picked right up and everything matched up with the phone conversation,so I called a friend to see when we would plan this. The literature came in the mail and stated what I had written down so I called and reserved us a stay in Arizona. I was in awe of the way they handled everything. The VRC people were quick and friendly. The most impressive part was my hotel. This place was stunning, the views were fantastic and we really enjoyed our trip the whole time! Loved the service and so glad I took this offer. The presentation was not as bad as I thought, and we really had an overall wonderful time! I've already referred my Son and nieces for a trip!
