What do you love most about your job?
I spent a lot of time teaching people of all ages while I was attending Young Artist and Resident Artist programs. Once I got married, I decided the nomadic life of an opera singer wasn't really for me, and I turned my love of performing into a HUGE passion for teaching the next generation of performers.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes! In the age of Zoom, we can give voice lessons to even the most remote homes, as long as you have a wifi connection. Online lessons are just as good as in-person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of our lessons have been moved to an online format. For in-studio lessons, we make sure to wipe all surfaces between customers and air out the studio with filtration before another person enters. Masks are required all around the studio space, and you may remove it for your lesson. Our in-studio teachers get tested every week.
