What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to use my passions to fulfill my purpose of bringing enlightenment to others through my coaching. I help people discover their real self, their passions, and their purpose and unapologetically live it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Although Coaching has been the part of my job that I enjoyed the most, I was also hired to handle other responsibilities. Unfortunately, I knew what the answer would be if I asked my employer, "Can you hire someone else to do the rest of this stuff, while I focus on coaching?", so once I discovered that Coaching was my purpose; I decided to pursue that in staring my own business.
Since I have always loved HR as well, I still want to be involved with that and help small businesses create an HR infrastructure for a solid foundation as the company grows.
Why should our clients choose you?
You should choose me as your Coach because I coach with my heart, not from my head. It's not my agenda and what I think; it's yours. I listen, hear and feel each client. I know from personal experience what it is like to be trapped inside my comfort zone and be a victim of the circumstances of life. More importantly, I know how to break out of the comfort zone and live a life of purpose, passion, and intentionality and I help my clients do just that. I help my clients see their gaps and blocks and help them figure out what to do with them. I also help my clients define success and the life they want to live; create it and live it .. out loud and unapologetically. I'm the support to help people in transition figure out what's next and go get it.
