0/5 stars. Awful company to work with. They're shady and can't get their stuff together. I hired them to do my marketing and while my follows and likes were increasing my bookings did not, which was the goal. I had NUMEROUS issues with them over the few months we worked together, that wouldn't ever get fully resolved. Then, when I expressed my displeasure and told them I had enough and wanted to cancel they tried to charge me $4,500 to do so. They then had some lady call me REPEATEDLY threatening their "system generated cancelation fee" if I didn't call her back, after I already said I wanted to cancel and didn't want to talk to her on the phone. They charge ridiculous cancelation fees because they are so horrible it's the only way to keep a customer paying. Luckily, my bank sided with me and wouldn't approve the charge as they don't actually have my signature on the contract with the fee. Do yourself a favor and hire LITERALLY any other company! I especially appreciate the great analyses and recommendations about how to understand and maximize our client's digital and social media presence. Nichole and especially Abby are the best at organizing and simplifying the quarterly reports they monitor for us and making sensible suggestions to give us more 'bang for our bucks'. Don't waste your time and money. Vivial is a scam company! They will lie to get you to sign up with them. I specifically asked if I could cancel anytime and one of their sales person said yes but when I needed to cancel they told me it was a 12 month term and I had to paid the remaining months. They never let me read the terms nor send me an email where I can find it until a voice authorization that they record which states your monthly payments and services and nothing about your 12 month commitment... They don't even have you sign papers because they don't want you reading so they can do their word games on the call while recording. Worst way to build trust with your customers Vivial! Wow, I wish I could say anything good about Vivial. We partnered with Vivial in the hope of better marketing our business and getting more leads. Our Vivial "team" did their basic job which ws to talk us into buying more and more services from them that we did not need. When we purchased all of these "services" we were promised that we could stop anytime without any extra charge. This was a bold face lie. We contacted our Vivial team and asked to cancel and were ignored for MONTHS. We decided to go above their head and reach out to their general manager. We explained our situation, that we requested to canceled months ago without any response. The manager said they she would take care of the issue but surprise, surprise never did. Please do not waste your time or INSANE amounts of money on this absolute hoax. Vivial will lie to your face and continue to take your money behind your back. My great experience with Vivial stemmed from the time, effort, and "unpaid education" put in by Melanie in their business development office. I was extremely skeptical about using this type of marketing, especially considering the cost, and even moreso due to my lack of knowledge on the topic and all its ancillary offshoots. Melanie spent between 60-90 minutes with me on the phone and/or via zoom, not once... but three separate times over the course of six months before I eventually made (what I felt to be) a confident decision to move forward in working with Vivial. If you're looking for someone who's going to take their time with you, patiently hold your hand, and educate you so that you can make an educated decision as to whether this service makes sense for your company, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out and ask for Melanie, specifically. Vivial does not care about your business, don't bother using them for your website hosting! We worked with them for MANY years, then we discovered many errors on our website that were never corrected when we had asked for them to be. We have gone back and forth with Omar of Vivial, who still hadn't made the changes after 6 months of giving them the corrections. Some errors were not even proper English (typos!) and they never corrected them, even after multiple request by us for them to proofread what they had published on our website. We told Vivial we were considering having another company host and make the corrections, and Vivial told us they owned our website because they had provided the content (not true!) and our website were cease to exist if we cancelled. Hiring this company was the BIGGEST waste of my money and time and I completely fully entirely regret spending the money . .. I’m a single parent of a special needs child and I only work part time and trying to start my own private practice. I hired Vivial to help me launch this business with a website and marketing. After 4 months the website is launched even though the account rep didn’t really do what I wanted. I gave up trying to explain what I wanted. Last year I tried to do this all myself and paid for a domain and I just realized the account rep never linked my website to it and now I have some half-ass domain name. The sales rep said their social team was suppose to contact me to work on a fb page and advertising... have not heard from them AT ALL since I signed the contract in December. If I treated my patients this way I’d lose my license. Biggest waste of time and money... DO NOT HIRE THEM... unless you get Theresa as your account manager... apparently she’s the only one who cares about your time and money and does her job! More...

We switched from digital and print advertisement to Search Engine Optimization. The sales rep I spoke with said we would have 5 key words targeted to enhance our audience, after we signed the contract I came to find out that we only had 1 key word targeted. The sales rep also told me we could do a 3 month opt out so we could cancel after 3 months if we chose to do. 3 months later, I tried to cancel but the sales rep never put it out contract and denied she gave us a 3 month opt out choice. These people just lie to get your money and don’t tell you the whole truth. Tired of this company and never working with them again. I haven’t even had my account rep reach out for the monthly call which is supposed to be included in the package we are paying for. DONT CHOOSE VIVIAL. Horrible customer service. More...

I was told their service would not interfere with my website! It did they lied my phone stopped ringing for a month. That was literally my main concern they lied and said it would not affect it . It did . Not only did they cost me around 40k for the month of my phone not ringing at all they send me a bill for 4000 even though I canceled the service immediately, and stopped payment to my credit card . Misleading sales representatives. My advice is don’t think for a moment that the sales reps are being truthful. They obviously will say anything to make a sale and get their kickback. In my case, they told me what I wanted to hear while trying to sell it to me and if you don’t listen closely to every word in the terms and agreements, you’ll never know they were being less than truthful until you’re already in a contract with them. The only way I could get out was to pay a HUGE buyout fee. All this even as the site was never set up how we wanted and communication was not good at all. We ordered their internet advertising… We ordered their internet advertising (4 sq. in) for ab $200/ mo. and understood it would show in our local area. We have never seen the ad even once. We started complaining late March and were told it began late Feb and was aired thousands of times/day. Now in July, we still have not seen the ad and Vivial says we owe ab $1900 (including cancellation fees). This is at least our 2nd disappointment w them. Our 2019 phonebook ad was identical to the 2018 book, without any of our requested changes. Very unhappy! More...
