We just finished our wedding a few weeks ago and can not express how amazing EVERYTHING was! From the food, to the service, to the drinks, and timing of bringing out things. ..absolutely perfect. We weren’t the easiest clients either with demanding dishes like bouillabaisse, Texan lamb, Il flotante, but Kim and her amazing staff came through and then some! Kim and crew were outstanding! We had to shift plans for a family reunion with only a few weeks notice from San Felipe to Fredericksburg, and Kim was able to provide us with a great menu at a competitive price! We had a fish fry for 75, and everything came out perfectly! The team cooked on site, and put out a beautiful spread! Kim provided the catering for my wife's and my wedding in April 2018 and did an amazing job! We had bbq and she did a great job with suggestions for the menu. I had multiple guests tell me her mac n cheese was one of the best foods they had every had. She was easy to work with and helped us create a menu to fit the style of the event. Vivere catered my 300-person wedding in Fredericksburg in April of 2015. They were the BEST wedding decision we made! Kim was incredibly organized and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. Her menu was exactly what we wanted...before we even knew what wanted :) The paella dish was a complete hit - our guests still rave about it, calling it their favorite wedding food ever!
