Today I had a Self Love Spa Day and I chose to come to Vitality after hearing some good reviews on FB. Let me tell you it is the best FB recommendation thus far. I started at 9am and spent the day getting pampered starting with a sugar wax. yoni steam (ladies if you haven't tried it yet you missing out) and then a hot stone deep tissue massage that found and relieved knots I didn't even know I had. Both Kay and Hilary are absolutely amazing women, take pride in what they do and will have you leaving there feeling your best self and not breaking the bank to do so. All my tension and soreness left the room when Hillary was done with my massage. Staff was professional and friendly. The vibe was peaceful and relaxing. I went ahead and brought the package because I will definitely be back on the regular.
