Worst experience ever & the food is not even that good! The two times we have been there the place was not even busy. Our first time when we walked in ready to order the manager, Sue ignored us and continued to answer the phone to take a phone order. We then waited 45 minutes for a medium pumpkin bowl & a panini. Our second time we waited 35 minutes for oatmeal and a smoothie! The owner is an idiot and incompetent. I had to tell her to give me a refund as she tried to blame everyone else who worked there. My mom and I both witnessed the manager making many mistakes. As a restaurant employee, the things I witnessed were highly unacceptable. My husband got the vitality bowl and I got the nutty bowl. The portion size was pretty good, but the price was pretty up there. However, that’s what you get for healthy food. The food was delicious! You get a pretty big size of açai for the price. The restaurant was clean, and though the service wasn’t quick (to get our food), the wait time wasn’t bad. We loved this place overall! More...

Went to the Carmel, IN store on a trip for a soccer tournament and loved it, but the management was something to be desired. When we placed the order they forgot to make one of the bowls and when we mentioned it the manager argued with us that we didn’t order it even though it was on the receipt. I felt like I was inconveniencing her that she had to complete the order. The next day we called in an order and received a call back saying they were closing an hour early because the manager was going on vacation and could not make the order. I’m so happy to see that Poughkeepsie has a wonderful healthy choice of food and juice. I grew up in Poughkeepsie and live in DC. .. I have to say that this is a great staple to our town.
