Q&As

I LOVE that I am afforded the opportunity to share my journey with others in an effort to help them with their own journey. I have found HOPE in the life that lies ahead. I have found TOOLS to help me navigate the challenges that life throws at me. I have discovered effective RESOURCES that I continue to lean on heavily. And, most importantly, I have found my PURPOSE; to introduce as many people as possible to the same FREEDOM!

I spent many years of my professional career navigating the challenges of fear and insecurity. I can't begin to tell you the number of times I fought through the negative thoughts of not being good enough, or, worse, being recognized as an imposter that was actually not qualified or deserving of the job or title that I held. Of course, these are all lies; untruths that I continued to agree with despite my attempts to reconcile these thoughts with logic and outside input. Over time, I found myself giving in to the fear and negativity. I began limiting myself and my potential based on the lies that I let define me. Then, through a series of life-altering circumstances, I realized that this was NOT the life I wanted. This was NOT the way that I wanted to go through life. This was NOT the way that I wanted to see myself or for others to see me. It was then that I made the choice to REFUSE to continue in this manner. It was time to PIVOT! I embarked on a journey that included a lot of self-reflection, self-care, coaching, counseling, courses, books, mentors, classes and a total mindset shift. I am so thankful to report that I have since found FREEDOM from those fears! It was through that discovery that I realized my purpose was to share this with others.

I am authentic and transparent. What you see is what you get. I truly believe that people already possess the strength and will to change; they just need an advocate to help unlock that. That's where I can help. I am here to partner with people to provide the tools, support, encouragement and guidance necessary to achieve results. And, once we part ways, my hope is that those tools and that encouragement will continue to serve people well as they continue on their journey.

Although face-to-face is ideal, remote coaching is absolutely an option. We can meet over Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or simply over the phone. Once a meeting format and date/time is agreed upon, I will send a link to the appropriate meeting platform.

If we will be meeting in person, the ideal meeting space will be outside (patio, park, etc.). If that isn't an option, we will maintain a distance of six feet as we meet across a table, or spaced out seating arrangement in an indoor area. In any case, face masks will be worn during the meeting and no physical contact will be made. Handshakes will be replaced with verbal pleasantries for the time being.
