My History:
Before stepping into my full time purpose as a coach, I had a successful 15-year career in healthcare finance and management. Deepening my emotional intelligence have allowed me to create a stress free work-life balance, a designated time for creative and strategic thinking and a strong support network of peers and mentors. I have conquered my fear of job security by becoming a leader who has strong sense of personal value, self-approval and deep connection with my inner knowing.

I consistently practice yoga, meditation, journaling, self reflection and energy management to support my clients on their spiritual and professional path. Since becoming a full time self-awareness and career coach, I have balanced my life in a way that allows me time for deep self reflection, fulfilling work and fun play.

In my journey of self-discovery, I've transformed my life in a way that allowed me to combine my passion for teaching self-awareness and inner exploration with business. I specialize in helping people discover their potential through untangling the behavioral patterns and belief systems that hold them back. I'm deeply intuitive and my coaching style provides a precise insight into the workings of your mind.
