When I purchased a 1946 cape (that had quite a number of windows!), my son suggested that I consider plantation shutters. I wasn't familiar with them, so I did some research and found Virginia Shutters . I had them custom made for ALL the windows in the house. They. Are. Gorgeous!!Everyone who has seen them has agreed that they look like they were custom made when the house was built. They blend in with the window trim incredibly well. Eli did a fantastic job measuring for the shutters, helping me decide on size and color, and installing them in record time. He also helped me choose some beautiful blinds for a small winter porch and for the french doors. All have transformed my house into a lovely home.I know they will be an excellent investment - and I will never have to replace the window treatments.
